Club Secretaries:

 You can submit your club's monthly report form in just 5 easy steps!

1.) Download the Monthly Report form from the Document Repository.

2.) Fill it out as you normally would.  If you need assistance filling out the report, download the Monthy Report Form Help file from the Repository.

3.)  When you have finished filling out all the information, Click on the File menu, then Click on Save As...

4.) Save the file wherever you want, with whatever name you choose, but remember where you saved it!

5.) The Final Step: Attatch your saved Monthly Report Form in an email to the appropriate people:
